Viele Väter haben eine Art Wochenbettdepression

„Fast jeder zehnte Vater ist nach der Geburt eines Kindes einer australischen Studie zufolge im Stress, voller Sorgen und sieht oft das Ende des Tunnels nicht mehr.
Die Symptome sind ganz ähnlich wie bei der Wochenbettdepression junger Mütter.
„Wir waren überrascht, dass die Probleme bei Vätern so verbreitet sind wie bei Müttern“, sagte die Forschungsdirektorin des Instituts „Parenting Research Centre“ in Melbourne, Jan Nicholson, am Donnerstag.“
