Psychisch Kranke bald wieder behandeln statt fixieren – Gesetzentwurf vorgelegt

„Berlin – Künftig sollen psychisch Kranke auch dann wieder ärztlich behandelt werden können, wenn ihnen die Fähigkeit zur freien Willensbildung fehlt. Ein richterlicher Beschluss soll darüber entscheiden, ob eine Zwangsbehandlung im Rahmen der stationären Unterbringung erfolgen darf. Das sieht ein Gesetzentwurf des Bundesjustizministeriums vor, den das Bundeskabinett am Mittwoch beschlossen hat.“
